Shipping and Return Policies

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times

  • All orders are handmade in small batches.
  • Typical processing time: 3–7 business days.
  • During peak seasons (holidays, harvest, or high-volume periods), processing may extend to 7–10 business days.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Domestic U.S. shipping only at this time.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.
  • We primarily ship via USPS and UPS.

Delivery Estimates

  • USPS First Class: 3–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
  • UPS Ground: 3–7 business days
    These are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Warm Weather & Heat-Sensitive Items

Some items (balms, butters, salves, infused oils, and tallow-based formulas) may soften or melt during transit.

We recommend retrieving packages promptly.

4R Farm is not responsible for melting during delivery delays or carrier-influenced heat exposure.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is accepted by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
  • If your order is lost or damaged, contact us at jennifer@rennefarms.com and we will gladly assist with filing a claim.
  • Please include photos and order number.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address cannot be refunded.

If notified before shipment, we will gladly update the address.

Local Pickup 

  • Available by arrangement.
  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

We take pride in creating high-quality, small-batch products with natural and farm-grown ingredients. Due to the nature of handmade skincare, herbal preparations, and food items, we cannot accept returns on most products.

All Sales Final

For the safety and integrity of our products:

  • Skincare, balms, salves, herbal oils, body products, food items, teas, and apothecary items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • We do not resell returned items under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Email jennifer@rennefarms.com within 5 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
    We will offer a refund, replacement, or shop credit depending on product availability and situation.

Missing Items

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and description of the missing item.

Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong product, notify us and we will correct the error at no cost to you.

Allergy Disclaimer

We use natural herbs, oils, tallow, beeswax, and essential oils.  Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before use.  We regret that we cannot offer refunds for reactions or sensitivity.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our products.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

Custom Orders

Custom formulations, bulk orders, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
